Frank attended many of the Ex Confederate Association Of Missouri reunions as well as Jo Shelby reunions.

The Ex Confederate Association Of Missouri reunions seved as the inspiration for Frank and wife Anna's deciding to put together a Quantrill Guerrilla "Quantrell's Guerillas" Reunion. Frank and Anna hosted the first "Quantrell" reunion in Blue Springs, Missouri.
