This ribbon was worn by Alexander Franklin "Frank" James at the 8th Quantrill Reunion.

Notably, this was the first reunion attended by loyal friend and compatriot, Cole Younger after his release from Stillwater Prison in Minnesota, after the failed bank robbery.
