Superb, matched pair of non-excavated Union Spurs. Matched pairs of non-dug spurs for sale on the open market are almost a thing of the past.
Another bonus to these spurs are the fact that they are "gutterbacks". They have a very distinct groove/gutter cast into the heel portion of the spur body which added structural strength. Only about a tenth of all M1859 spurs sported this feature. Thus making these spurs even more desirable.
