A wonderful belt complete with keeper and brass hook adjuster. Soft, black leather with typical crazing, but no flaking. 40 ½ inches long. 1 ½ inches wide. Keeper is made for narrow tongue plate.
Treated lightly with Pecard to put a bit of moisture back into it, but it really was fine from the start. Good strong belt. The M1851 plates are pretty easy to come by, but how many times do you see the belts? All this one needs is a plate and would be a fantastic rig.
