This spur relic was found in a Confederate camp on private property in Stones River - Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I personally purchased this spur from the digger, and it's authenticity is undeniable.
Often referred to as a dolphin spur or eagle spur, this spur would have most certainly been worn by a Confederate officer. Pairs of these spurs conservatively go into the $5,000.00+ range. Here is your chance to own a relic at a much more affordable price.
Although this is only a portion of a complete spur, it is still a very hard item to find and seldom seen. Especially coming from such a historic battle. Worthy of the most advanced collection. A wonderful addition to your civil war or cavalry collection!!!
